Packages for Grading & Sod- New Single Family Homes
Basic Grade & Sod Flat Rate: $2650.00 per lot.
Rough & final grading (using soil on site) and sod (up to 450 rolls per lot) according to the proposed grading plan. Includes placing splash pads & grading the existing stone in the driveway. Additional sod: $3.25 per roll.
Full All-Inclusive Flat Rate: $2850.00 per lot.

Installations of window wells, place clear stone in window wells, adjust height of water shut-off & check it for proper operation, prepare for and install front walkway slabs (up to 10 per lot), adjust height of steps, place splash pads at down spouts & grading the existing stone in the driveway.
We transit grades upon completion to ensure that the integrity of the proposed plan is maintained. Our work is guaranteed to pass final inspection as well as adding value and function to the home itself.
Flat rate all-inclusive packages are conditional upon full machine access being available to the entire lot and the site being clear of debris and obstacles. The prices do not include truck or machine time used to bring in or remove soil that is necessary to complete the project. All rates are subject to change at any time.
